It is therefore the right time to embrace a refreshed strategic framework, and with it a new name and unifying brand identity. These reflect our aspirations for the future and our desire to keep customers moving, smarter.
We are excited about our new fresh brand and name, which reflects our ambitions and forward looking, increasingly technology-enabled approach, to maximise future opportunities. There will be no change to our well-recognised operational brands which have significant market profile in their specialist areas. But working together as the ZIGUP group, they offer customers a differentiated and responsible mobility solutions delivered on an integrated platform.
The new brand and name is due to be launched on 20 May, subject to shareholder approval.
